Chorely Roofline - Monocouche render (Weber) (Blue Azure)

Chorley roofline wanted a low maintenance solution to there facade and also something that would stand out. We specified a full meshed Weber Monocouche through coloured render system in a unusual blue azure to match in with the colour schemes of the signage.

Mr Clarke needed a workspace away from the main house to enable a disconnect from work-home life. All internal and external plastering completed in just 2 days. Weber through coloured monocoche system fully meshed used straight on to concrete block which enables very quick turnaround.

Room knock through

Miss Briscoe had just moved in and wanted to knock through 2 rooms into one, she was also concerned with the party wall sound travelling through. We specified a sound proof stud wall right the way along the party wall double skin with acoustic sealant this brought the internal DB down by 50%. We also completely overhalled the room from Skimming, coving, skirting boards and even painted.

Thin Coat Render (White) (Wetherby)

Mr & Mrs Heatley was in need of a low maintenance solution to there external rendering, they were sick of painting it annually. We quoted and specified there house with a sillicone based thin coat render which is self cleaning and resilient enough to cope with the sea salt from the near by beach. All completed within 2 weeks and to as little disruption as possible.

Facade (Weber Monocouche Silver pearl)

Mr & Mrs Foster had a painted brick front and was tired of painted annually. We specified a Weber rend-aid basecoat with fixed mesh to ensure a good chemical and mechanical key over the existing paint, which then received a Weber through coloured monocouche render in Silver Pearl.
